Terms of Service

By commissioning me, you are agreeing to the terms outlined below:I. General Disclaimers:
• I reserve the right to decline or discontinue a commission at any time.
• I will draw: OC's, Fanarts, light gore (e.g. blood), kemonomimi, simple armors.
• I will NOT draw: heavy gore, NSFW, furry, mecha.
• Disrespectful behavior will not be tolerated. Likewise, I will not take commissions that include disrespectful and/or prejudiced themes (works condoning racism, xenophobia, homophobia, transphobia, etc.)
• Listed prices are base prices. Please notice that the prices may change depending on the complexity of the commission.
• Please make sure to provide clear reference images of the character/subject.
• Fanart commissions consisting of characters from any game/series/etc may be used by me to produce physical prints and other merchandise as I see fit.
• Please wait patiently for your commission to be finished. Rush orders with a specific deadline will incur additional fees.II. Payment and Fees:
• A 50% deposit must be paid upfront before I begin working on your commission. The other 50% must be paid once the commission is done, before I send you the image files.
• After the final sketch has been approved, I do not issue refunds.
- Payment is to be done through Paypal, or through Ko-Fi, using USD.
• The base price may change depending on the complexity, added characters or background.
• A design fee will be charged for clients with Original Characters with no reference images who would like me to draw solely from a description.III. Working Process
• All commissions have a minimum deadline of two weeks. Please notice that more complex works may take longer (in which case I will warn you).
• My process is sketch > lineart > coloring. You will be sent WIPs at each stage through the contact method of your choosing (either email or social media DMs).
• I will begin sketching after the first deposit is paid. You are allowed as many minor revisions at this stage as you want.
• After the first sketch is approved you are allowed one major revision, after which for any further revisions a fee will be charged.
• You will receive the following after client approvals at the appropriate stages of the commission process:

• Once the finalized artwork is approved, I will request the final 50% payment, after which I will send to your email the full resolution .PNG files of the work, as well as watermarked .JPEGs for social media. No physical product will be delivered.IV. Copyright & Usage Policy
• I, the artist, retain the rights over any commissioned works.
• I reserve the right to post the commissioned work on social media, unless agreed otherwise. I reserve the right to include the commissioned work in my portfolio.
• I reserve the right to stream, record and upload videos of the commissioned work.
• Any characters portrayed in the commissions remain copyrighted to their rightful owners.
• The final product is strictly for your personal use, unless you purchase commercial rights.
• You must credit and link back to/tag me when sharing the commissioned work on social media.
• Credit is still required when using the work in any form commercially.
• You may use or edit the commissioned work in the following ways:
- Print the work for personal use.
- Crop and/or resize the image for use as an avatar, header, video thumbnail, etc.
- Use the artwork as reference for a study.
- Post the artwork on social media, with credit to me clearly visible.
• You may NOT use or edit the commissioned work in the following ways:
- Claim the artwork as yours.
- Remove my watermark/signature.
- Paint over or otherwise alter the artwork in ways not covered under the allowed uses above.
- Color in my sketches or lineart.
- Use the commissioned piece in any technology related to NFTs, cryptocurrency, or AI.
- Reproduce the work commercially without purchasing the rights from me.By commissioning me, this means you have properly read, understand, and AGREE to the terms listed above.
